I using Windows XP on a networked computers. It allows me to login to network successfully, but won't save my profiles (or desktop settings - if that's not the right word). Can anyone help?

Are there any other accounts on this computer? If so, do they work properly?

I think the problem is the account itself. I'm thinking the account is probably corrupt. What you would do is, save any info you want to keep onto a CD or something you can back it up on. Then delete that account a make a new one.
