Yesterday I made the post below while having some problems removing spyware. Today, I ran regedit, because I knew some of my registries were infected with something. Without changing anything, my exe files quit working. I can only run the applications in my system tray and internet explorer. If anyone could help I would much appreciate it..

I have spent the last 3 days trying to fix my computer. At first my computer just ran very slowly, my internet explorer wouldn't work until I opened 2 or more windows, and Mcafee was not working properly. I got rid of Mcafee and downloaded AVG virus scan and sygate firewall. I followed all of the instructions in the "before posting a log." So I have all of those programs as well. I am still finding problems with my machine. I am running Windows XP on a dell celeron laptop, if anyone needs more info please let me know. Here is my log and thanks for any help in advance.)
