Ebuyer is pretty cheap have you tried putting the things into kelkoo or price runner you should be able to find something a little cheaper.

I take it this is an upgrade for a system you have, instead of the retail p4 you could use the HSF of the P4 you have and get an OEM and a tube of thermal paste. Should work out cheaper but i would only do that if you are really strapped for cash you are always better buying the retail box when you can.
