Hi There,

Have been infected with rdriv.sys for about a week now and just about everything I try removes it.
I Have worked through your list of steps and have posted 2 logs below (ewido and HijackThis).
Symantec identifies the virus as CacheCache.kit and on other occasions as spybot.NLX.
I have worked through the instructions for both of these as posted on the symantec site but to no avail.
I have also worked through your suggestions (Adaware - Nothing, Spybot 5 items, removed but then they re-appear after reboot, Online Scan - Nothing, Symantec AV (local install) detects rdriv.sys but cannot do anything with it, CWShredder - Nothing)
I have deleted the file manually whilst in safe mode and looking there now it is still gone.
The biggest issue this is causing is that I cannot connect to any other PC via UNC.
This PC is part of a domain so I could do with this for the shared printer I have (connected to another PC via USB). I can ping the server name, use OWA and Internet but UNC asks for a user name and password. I've completed this and it just re-asks so Im worried that I may have a key logger on here also.

Any help restoring this back would be great.

On the Ewido log, it shows that it has quarantined a file called LMDIALLER.EXE. I know exactly what this is and it is legit so I have since restored this file.

Many Thanks for taking the time to look at this.
