Right on one of my slwoer machines i decided to instaall XP to see if it works alright, unfortunatly it doesnt, so i want to install Windows ME.

Problem is it is an upgrade, my windows 98 disk is scratched, so i cannot upgrade from that. and i dont want to faf around ne more.

Any ideas?

The only option you have is to find another win98 disc, install it, then upgrade using your ME disc.

You could borrow a friends win98 disc and use your serial number to install it... then upgrade to ME.

That's it... no other options I can think of.
