pmkjh.dll - adware/vitumundo - can't clean

I am running XP Professional SP 2 on a dell laptop. I have McAfee Virus Scan Enterprise 8.0.0 liscensed throug my school. I also have ad-aware professional. My problem started a few days ago. Virus Scan alerts me of a file named pmkjh.dll detected as adware/virtumundo, but it fals to move, clean or delete the file. I close the window and virus scan continues to alert me. I have to disable on-access scan if i want to do anything.
