When i try to open my computer or decuments etc my screen goes blank and the file do not open. Can access some of the files through msn messenger. May have had virus this has since been deleted from the computer. Could someone help this damsile in distress?

This is my first time on this site do i need to put more info up for anyone to reply?

Click start then run, type sfc /scannow then press enter to replace the system files, you need the XP CD and get a blue progress bar, reboot when the bar goes
