PC shutting down

ok guys i m new here and here how the story goes my PC has 5 fans and then 2 of them were not working people said cuz they r dirty and it was true they were and i cleaned them with a air duster and now my fans are running but when i turn on my PC now it turns on but it is just stik at one place there is nothing on the sreen and the fuction red light is not beeping at all.

then i heared i should take out all the parts and put them back in i did that but now samething nothing happen does any one has a idea wats wrong? plz replay? :tazz:
