One of my computers got infected with some nasty spyware. I've used ad-aware and spybot search and destroy to try to kill them, but they don't do much. Spybot continuously finds this:

Common hijacker: Redirected host
69.20.16.183 auto.search.msn.com
69.20.16.183 search.netscape.com

No matter how many times I kill it, it comes back. When I first encountered this problem, I went to control panel/add remove programs...and found something called virtual bouncer and some other casino crap, which i got rid of. My main problem is this is completely stopping a program I wish to use for work, that requires a tcp/ip connection. For some reason it is stopping the program from connecting. I called the customer support service, and they said virtual bouncer is known to mess the program i want to use, and stop it from connecting. Here is my Hijackthis log:

Any help will be much appreciated, because i'm pretty much wasting my own time trying to do this on my own. If anyone out there has had a similar problem or can help with advice or anything, please do. Your comments/post will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!
