trojan shutting down internet

I have a (or a few) trojan. It shuts down the internet connection and after being on for a while it freezes all my running programs. AVG catches it and says it is deleted, but its not. Then sometimes AVG just keeps popping up every minute no matter what I do. It completely shut down Norton, it cant even start. Help, I tried all of your suggestions. They hide at first and then come up later. PLEASE!!! Lee
