I know you've probably gone through this all before but i'm new to windows xp and it just seems a lot different from my old "ME" setup.I know it will take a little time to adjust but what i have noticed of late is that it is running slower.
Did all my Malware checks as per the Forums advice and all is clean,so went into Spybot Advance to see what was booting at startup and there are loads running.
If I export the contents of this file,could someone please advise me what i can stop running as i'm just that bit doubtful,
