I have been having problems with Internet Explorer/Windows Explorer for weeks now. I was very close to just taking my laptop to an expert. I had tried just about ten million things in an attempt to repair my system and nothing worked. Every time I tried to open a system folder (like from an icon on my desktop,) or My Computer, or anything related to that, I would get an error message and Windows Explorer would glitch out.

THEN I installed Service Pack 2, and on a lark I tried opened a folder again. THIS time I got a specific error message saying the problem came from a file called "helper101.dll". So I deleted the file, and now everything is working again. After weeks of problems that was all it took.

I went to my trusty tech message board where my friends have been trying to help and posted what happened, and asked if anyone knew what the file was. They sent me to here, and now I understand it's some kind of malware. So, I have downloaded/executed Hijackthis and I have the following log for you. If you would please be kind enough to help me determine what needs to be removed I will be eternally grateful.
