These things usually come with at least 4 on the back, which is plenty. But the usaully come with the extra ports like SRX660 told you i would get the manual it would tell you for sure, it would be odd for you to give you neither the USB backplate or a fancontroler backplate of somekind its traditional for you to get one with a mobo, you also get two on the front of the case as well, so that would take you to 8 or 10. Ive got 8 and im still to use more than 3 at any one time.

Would get another case, apart from the fact it is rather gawdy lookin, it comes with a generic PSU and that system is going to want/need 2 120mm fans in the case. You want at least 500W PSU from a reliable quality company, i would reccomend Antec for both PSU and case you usually get a PSU basically for free with the case so you will probably save about a $100 getting both from them either way. Enermax also make good PSUs and so do Tagan and Ultra.

Well we already got a Ultra Infinity 500 watt power supply. Forgot to mention that. Also got the DVD drive.

The case, well I guess its just a taste issue.

Well as long as it has good features, alot of people buy crap cases becasue they look good and regret it later as tastes change but you cant install that second 120mm fan and quick release drive bays later on(well i suppose you can but it is beyond most people in both inclination and skill to do so).
I would reccomend Antec or coolermaster, the akasa eclipse case is also great especially if you are thinking about installing water cooling as it is wide enough to keep the pump and resevoir inside the case without difficulty. If you can afford it lian li cases are friggin sweet and they actually make a desk/case for your computer.

Well 80mm fans arent not good because they dont have as good airflow as 120mm fans, but also as a more important factor the things are noisy as [bleep] when compared to 120mm fans. Any case that doesnt have a 120mm fan is usually older or cant be sold you always want at least one otherwise you are going to end up with a system that is very very noisy, and 7800GTs and dual core cpus of any vareity are hotter and therefore noiser.

You need a case with good cooling and low noise 80mm fans arent going to cut it in a system with such hot components. its a nice enough looking case but it looks very plasticy, i prefer to metal cases myself for the better heat conduction and the fact they are almost always simple and effective. Dont be tempted to go for anything to outlandish most people get bored of them after a while and wish they got something simpler with more features or better cooling.

I would check out a different site for cases that one isnt very good at all, at least im my opinion, maybe im spoiled over here there is lots of good case manufacturers on most sites at alot cheaper than those are even for crap ones on tigerdirect. You might like one of the centurion 530s from coolermaster they are cheap and have alot of good features and the cooling you need as well as good looks.

You usually get all the cables you need with the motherboard bundle i would check with either whoever you are buying it from or the manufacturer.

Well I got the case that I picked out. I don't mind the case that much.

And I got the one extra fan, will I need any cords for that, or is that usually a power supply cord thing? I a psu with tons of cords so... yah.

Ah, can't wait til I get all the parts...

I just got those cables just in case the mobo didn't come with um.

Often the case themselves is steel or alminium but the front is often plastic, well if you like it, its gonna sound like a small aircraft engine though you should get a fan controller to try and bring the 80mm speeds down when they dont have to be so high. Fans are all one peice deals, they might not have a fan port though on them and may have a standard molex connector this is fine but they cant draw the power from the mobo which can detect and control fan speed if you put it through them. But its not to big a deal, it should be a good system, i just wouldnt try overclocking it without adding all four fans and maybe puting a silencer on the gfx card.

Okay, I got this in a bundle with my CPU, and I thought the motherboard supported SLi, but this says otherwise... http://static.tigerd...-SLI_Manual.pdf (If you look at page 26 it will say it does not support it.)

Here's whats confusing me alot now! If it didn't support it, why is it giving me a SLI Connector and Retention Bracket?

Manual says it supprts SLI to me, alot of the more basic sections of mauals are kept standard for all nforce 4 boards some will even be bits carried over from things like the nf3 manual. but the whole section in the back covers SLI.

Edit: Here's a review from a buyer of the case I got...

"Suggestions: buy a 120mm fane put it in the rear where the supplied fan goes."

So... Can you put a 120mm where a 80mm fan could be? Does it work better?

You can only do that if it is a fan mount that supports all fan sizes or if you drill knew mount holes and vent holes into the case. 120mm fans are alot better than 80mm fans they can push much more air at much lower speed and they can go fast and push a very great amount of air when needs be on top of that.
