page scrolls in waves

I just clean my hard drive, now when I scroll the page down it looks like it is moving in waves. How do I fix this?

Click start then run, type sfc /scannow then press enter to replace the system files, you need the XP CD and get a blue progress bar, reboot when the bar goes

Uninstall then re-install the video adapter drivers, or look for updated drivers
