Keep getting a pop up when i start my pc up saying its missing.. i can get a screen shot if needed.. thanks

Hi. I searched M$ support for kernel32.dll missing and got 93 hits. I suspect the answer is there. This one may be it: http://support.micro...kb;en-us;310396
