Maslan Virus

I have an external Maxtor HD and a Download folder has the Virus.W32/ Maslan.c@MM .I a have tried
McAffe Virus scan , Hijack this( I saw nothing wrong in there),Adaware will not scan my external Drive even when set up to do so,spyseeker,spybot and ewido,but that McAffe slide in alert just comes back as soon as I hit, "continue what you were doing" its driving me nuts!! anybody have a clue???
