i dont know why this is happening..



after i click 'OK'

i get another pop up saying

"could not load or run 'c:\windows\system32\qkzcyhhnbd\csrss.exe' specified in the registry. make sure the files exists on your computer or remove the reference to it in the registry."

and i've done the whole process in the malware forum
