hello, i am new here, anyways my bf was browsing [bleep] and he is very computer illiterate and dosn't know the risks of browsing and downloading everything the website tells you to, so he downloaded all this crap on my computer and now i can't get rid of it.

whatever he downloaded it is cuasing pop-ups every 10 mintues or so and has basicly taken over my computer, it cuases my scren to change sizes also, i have norton antivirus, and spybotSD and lavasoft adaware and it still won't go away, please help me!
