small keyboard problem

I have a Logitech Wireless Keyboard. I recently reformatted my computer, and since then my @ key (which should b shift + ') has become ", and instead i have to use shift+2 to get it. I was wondering if anyone knows how to change this minor niggle? Thanks

On the language setting on the toolbar, (the bit with EN in it) change it from English US to English UK.
