Hey everyone,

My frend and I are going on a road trip this summer, and we decided to make a webpage with all the details both for us, and our friends. I want to put a page where our friends can enter their e-mail address, and recieve emails about updates on the site, updates on the road trip, and while we're on the road trip, updates of where we are etc. I know that I have to use an HTML form, but I dont know how to send the infromation that the user enters on the webpage (their e-mail address) to me. Can anyone tell me what to do?

Bravenet has a copy and paste email form service that you can use, but you have to register as a member first, and the last time I used it there were ads involved. You can check it out here http://www.bravenet....ilfwd/index.php

If you can spend a little more time on creating the form, I would recommend downloading a php script. Dodo's Scripts Collection ( http://www.regretless.com/scripts/ ) seems to have a nice one with lots of functions. Codegrrl ( http://codegrrl.com ) has a simpler one called NLPHPMail, that should also be sufficient.
