Well, I've tried just about every antispam/antivirus software under the sun over the past two days and it's come down to this.

I'm getting the following dll issues: lppggq.dll and a variety of other viruses like VX2.Narrator.

Here's the log and am hoping someone can guide me through resolving the conflicts. Thanks much:

Not sure it helps, but CWSHredder is also saying it FOUND CWS.BootConf and CWS.Svchost32. But it crashes when I try to fix them.

Thought I'd provide some more info since it seems I didn't describe enough of what's going on:

My computer became loaded with spyware and after installing a variety of software to fix the problem I had lost internet connection.
I ran winsock xp to restore the internet connection and Trend pC Cillin, AdAware spybot, MS AntiSPamware, Spy Subtract, CWShredder and Norton to clean up the mess.

Eventually I ran:
Ran LSPFix
Ran WInsockFix

Browser keeps going to www.loadingwebsite.com\...... ALong with a variety of other locations. I did see a url logic somewhere in there.

I saw Trend find HTML_Netsky.P (When opening Outlook) WORM_SDBOT.APA

i show LSASS.exe in my task agent as well. Just curious if anyone knows if this is a good thing or a bad thing.

I'm still harbouring the virus. I've done everything imaginable as far as scanning, downloading anti's and spotters and hijackers. I still receive possible dangerous file on IP #'s that do not match my Server IP #'s. Also, sometimes the dial up password is not mine. Mine is a 7 digit, the virus, trojan, whatever it is keeps adding its own password and its own server IP digits. I'm still not sure what files I'm trying to save this comp from.

heres my hijacker scan: (NOTICE O17, this is not my IP)

Hi mcascio

You have the latest version of VX2. Download L2mfix from one of these two locations:

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Double click l2mfix.bat and select option #1 for Run Find Log by typing 1 and then pressing enter. This will scan your computer and it may appear nothing is happening, then, after a minute or 2, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it into this thread.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run option #2 OR any other files in the l2mfix folder until you are asked to do so!

Hi babygeek

Please don't post into other members topic start your own.

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.

Thanks thatman.

Unfortunately I couldn't afford to be without my computer for more than the 4 days I spent trying to get it back up and running so I just reinstalled the OS.

Thanks for offering assistance though.
