Unknown virus/spyware, experts needed

My computer has popups ever couple seconds by themselves and when i run Norton, it detects files, but cant finish because my computer automatically shuts down and restarsts and ive run Ad-aware, but it still continues. Here is my hijack log. THanks to whoever can help.
