what about when a topic is resolved we put them at the back of the queue or have another seperate page for resoved issues ...thatll cut down on the number of hijacks being viewed in error

Some forums close topics as they're resolved, but it does require a lot more moderation time, and I've never seen it work very well. Currently, if a staff member was the last to reply we know the member is being helped. If the member is the last to reply, and the problem is resolved, a mod tries to mark it as resolved. Reality is, we're likely more helping people than policing topics.
