recently when i installed mafia i noticed that the speech is disturbed. the characters in the game tweeek. it hasn't happened before, when i had installed and plaed it. this is now happening in other games also plz help.

my sound card is inbuilt. i think it is by sis (as my mother board is by sis).
my pc's configuration is
P4 1.6 GHZ
128 MB RAM
WINDOWS XP AND WINDOWS 98
ANYTHING ELSE NEEDED???????
PLZ HELP ME I AM SICK OF THIS PROB
