Winbound [CLOSED] Cant remove some malware

Hi, Firstly im new to viruses lol. Ok well I loaded up a site and it automatically downloaded winbound for me and changed my wallpaper to warning spy ware detected, How do i remove theese. I have ran avg plus adaware 6 both updated and they aint removed or found theese viruses also ran this malware remover >> Windows-KB890830-V1.10-ENU wich aint picked ne thing up either. Please help me.
