Word 97: Advanced Form Making Question

Hopefully someone can give me a hand on this issue.....

I'm making a form on Office 97 for a fax coversheet. I have one field that has a drop down menu of all our employees.

What I'm trying to do is have that person's email address pop up in a different field when they select their name from the drop down menu.

Is this possible?

Hopefully I've explained this well enough....
Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!!
