Zonealarm Firewall causing problems?

Windows Media Player or Realplayer won't play unless I disengage my firewall....I don't want to turn of my firewall to be able to stream video and audio, but it seems that I have to. Is there a way around this?

Double click ZA taskbar icon, click program control, click programs, scroll through the list to Windows media Player and check the settings

Check the settings for Real Player
