sending yahoo email problem

i use yahoo email, husband uses outlook express. only on yahoo when sending mail I just starting getting a screen telling me i must type the 'security code" from the crazy script box. Yahoo help said they suspect a contaminant transmitted from outlook, but offered no solution. without approval i'm afraid to type in the "code". Even if it's OK to do that I don't want to have to do it from now on! .We are not at all computer literate-too dam old, but trying. HELP THANKS DOHDOHBIRD
