Depending on the graphic adapter, changes are usually more noticeable after a reboot

Check the settings, click apply on each screen before moving to another screen then reboot when you have made and applied all the changes

I can find a driver for a Proview CM787

You can check for one on the Proview site for your location

If you click start then right click my computer, click properties, click hardware then device manager, click + next to monitor, is it shown as plug and play or Proview

I looked at the manual, there should be a button on the monitor for on screen display and all the other adjustments, look for a menu button, if the button swivels then move it to the right to select different options
