I will suggest that you try the Windows OS folder found here..............Operating Systems you may want to help them a bit by answering a few questions in that folder like these..........


Please provide the following info 2 help us help you better!and thank you!

1. if there are multiple user accounts on the computer.( other sign in names?)

2. In your own words whats happening including any error messages.

3 Have you taken steps to fix this problem, did you try to fix the problem in safe mode or by rebooting Windows
