I called microsoft guys and they tryed to fix it but they couldnt figure out what was wrong with my computer.
When i restart or turn on my computer after it says the windos loading thing and my back ground pops up it freezes for about 2 minutes then starts loading all my processes can u pls give me some advice on what to do?? i blive its one of my services but tats wa we tryed with the microsoft tech guys.

I suggest you go to the Malware Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post a HiJackThis Log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).

P.S. -- I noticed you posted a topic in the Malware Forum about your homepage being hijacked, but that you solved it yourself. I still think it's a good idea for you to post a HijackThis log in the Malware Forum, but only AFTER you have run all the self-help tools in the link above.
