Free Ram XP is the one that I know: http://www.yourwaresolutions.com/

However, I don't really recommend it because I had some problems shutting down with it on. Also, there's really no program that can optimize your ram because all it will do is squish the the ram that you are using into a smaller size. And it will take longer to reload.
