I use Grisoft AVG anti-virus that is detecting an adware dll file, jkkjl.dll, the file is held open so I cannot delete it and that's where I get lost. Can someone help? :tazz: I have tried stopping all programs, deleting through DOS, deleting in safemode, none of which worked.

If the file is "held open", then probably it's being called as a service... which means it's in use.

Go HERE and follow all the directions/recommendations. If your problem persists, create a new post in the Malware Forum stating your problem. All spyware issues are handled in the Malware forum.

Please be patient as the guys/gals who handle malware are quite busy and may not respond immediately.
