Hello knives1111 and welcome to Geeks to Go!

What error message do you get if any?
What are your system specs?
Do you have the latest drivers installed for all your hardware?
Have you tried reinstalling the game?

TNL means Hardware Transformation and Lighting.

Basically your graphics card doesn't support TNL.

What are your system specs?

Yeah list your pc specs. You will need a new video card supported by the game.
