When I ran System mechanic 6 for the first time and restarted I got a blue screen. So I went in to cmos menu and rested all the settings. But still got a blue screen and restarts. Then I tried in safe mode but the same thing. What should I do? :tazz:

Hi and welcome to Geeks to Go. You could try a system restore, selecting a restore point prior to the unfortunate work of system mechanic 6. Do you have a windows install cd (bootable)? You will need it to do further diagnostics and/or repair.

Who built the computer? Is this a laptop, or desktop? Do you have any software that came with the computer?

You will probably have to contact Cyberpower for a restore disk. If you can't even get into Safe mode, then the OS is totally corrupt and will probably need reinstallation.
