Can't find or load Address Book in Outlook Express

Hi there,
Somehow we lost address book. We can receive incoming mail , but on outgoing mail there is a pop-up saying that the address book can't be found. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling outlook express a couple of times to no avail. Please help, :tazz: Thank You

Do a search for *.wab, making sure to look in all hidden and system folders.

Do you find anything?

No, I couldn't find .wab. I tried adding in the .wab file from my owm mail program from another computer - didn't work. The message I get when I open Outlook Exprees is: Outlook Express is incorrectly configured. Please re install. As I had stated though, I tried reinstalling a couple of times and that didn't help. Please advise and thank you.
