Intermet Explorer is fully updated. When I try to print any webpage all that is printed is the header and footer. I tried reinstalling the printer but no change. The administrator account on the computer is able to print. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

If the text on the webpage is white (and you're printing on white paper), that might be why :tazz:

Anyway if the problem seems to be with a certain account and you know it works under another one, make another account and shift your stuff over to that and get rid of the offending account.
