Help! I'm topless and I have spyware!

I have used Spybot, AdAware, MS AntiSpyware, WinPatrol, TDS-3, Windows Update several times each. I have re-booted after after each. I have eliminated much of my problems, but still get pop-ups.

Use Task manager to end the following Process: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ r?gsvr32.exe <-This file only

1) You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure.

2) Be sure you're able to view hidden files,

3) Please download the cleaner from here:
unzip the file set it up to default don’t run yet.

4) Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

5) Please reboot into safe mode (continually tap the F8 key while your system is starting, select Safe Mode from the menu).

Please use windows explorer to find the following files in Blue

C:\WINDOWS\System32\ jouxp.dll<-Delete this file

C:\WINDOWS\System32\ ropv.dll<-Delete this file

C:\WINDOWS\System32\ nvpkq.dll<-Delete this file

C:\WINDOWS\ isrvs \desktop.exe<-Delete this folder

6) Now run the cleaner

7) Reboot your PC.

8) Please run a free online virus scan here.(tick the "Auto Clean" checkbox):

9)Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log in this same topic, and we'll remove what's left.
