Hi All the solution to this problem is as follows

goto start>> run
type regedit
in the registry click on edit and then click find

search for azesearch

then delete all the entries that are found

when you finish goto edit>>find

search for start page and then right click on it and modify
and put in there you own internet start page e.g www.geekstogo.com

then you have fixed the problem without paying anyone?
