Big Firefox problem

Okay so some stuff has gone wrong with my firefox. So i uninstalled it, now its worse. I lost my a paranoia extension and i have thsi drop down bar to nothing on my toolbar, and i dont have a scroll bar. Here is a pic of this messed up stuff.

teh stuff circled is the nothing drop down, and the paranoia button disappearance, i deleted all folders then reinstalled and nothing happend. Any ideas?

have you tried running Firefox's safe mode is see if it's any different?

that means that your problem lies in one of your extensions/themes.

Make sure that you have updated all your extensions and themes.

If that doesn't work, turn all of them off, and test them one by one to find which one it is.
