Computer flicking?

Well when I turn on the computer the lights flicker and so does the keyboard and the monitor as well. So i looked inside and thought it could have just been something wrong with the power box... but i bought a new one and replaced it and swithced each cord while i was going along and it's still doing the same thing? Whould anyone know why? :tazz:
