I need some assistance. I am unable to remove fully existing itunes and quicktime programs. I have gone to add and remove in the xp operating system and have a disk from apple to installl updated version. Reinstalling the software has had no effect. Itunes will not load as it says it has encounters a problem and must shut down. Quicktime has a RUNDLL issue. Any suggestions?
