When scanning with a Visioneer 9450 USB scanner using Acrobat Pro 7.0, the image created is a negative, meaning the background is black and the lettering is white. I've just upgraded to Pro from Standard and with the previous software, everthing worked fine. How do I correct this. Acrobat Help is NO HELP.

try changing the file format that you use when you scan/covert the document. also check the options within acrobat for negative to see if you can enable/disable it.

have you applied the patches/updates for acrobat? current version should be something like 7.05.

The problem appears to be with the scanner, not Adobe. I have an HP printer with scanner and it works just fine with the Adobe. Thanks for you help.
