The faster CPU should help it you will be getting alot of bottlenecking, although the performance should not be any worse than with the x700, if you got the psu with the case it is a cheapo generic one and you will definatley need another one if you upgrade the cpu.

Thanks for all the help. I uninstalled, and then reinstalled the new cat drivers and everything is fine. I actually dont get the stuttering any more. I think the asus driver and ATI driver were installed and it just screwed everything up. Thank you for the help i really appreciate it. This is a great forum!
