Hi

really need some help !!

Following a power cut at work, I seem to have lost all the names in my address book, apart from ones who I have received emails from since the power was restored.

We operate on XP Pro & i have done a restore to last night but it is still missing

Any ideas ? PLEASE "!!!!!

typically, address books are found here:

C:\Documents and Settings\{profile name}\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book

Do a search (make sure you look in hidden files and folders and system folders) for *.wab

the address book should have your user name and a wab extension, like this

name.wab

If it still exists, we can restore it
