I have burned some homemovies on to dvd and want to know how to edit them.

Unles they were burned as DVD VR then you are unlikely to edit what is on the disc

You can copy them to the hard drive, edit them and then burn this to disc

If you copy from the disc to the hard drive they should be VOB files
