After going away for the weekend my Windows XP Pro Installation CD got CRACKED!!! I called the computer shop that installed my Windows and they told me to call microsoft. I called microsoft and they told me that my CD is an (OEM) copy and I should contact the shop that installed my Windows! I really need to find out what to do! The shop won't help, Microsoft won't help either! Is there any way I can make an installation copy of my windows cd from my computer without the original CD? Will it do me any good to make a back up copy of my entire computer if I don't have the original CD software? If I do have to purchase another copy of Windows XP Pro I will but I don't know how to uninstall the old one or even if I have to? My copy is already registered to this computer! [SIZE=14][COLOR=red]HELP!!!!!!!!

Any feedback is welcome!!! Thanks Debi
