Hello,

I'll start off with what happened to me a few days ago.

My system got messed up I decided to use my Norton Ghost CD at startup along with my 2 backup dvds (I made two because my backup was around 8GB's) so I went to the restore HDD wizard and put in one of the CD's and it kept asking me for the second and I only have one DVD drive so I couldn't only put them in one by one and it didn't work so I had to do a full format.

So.. My question is..
  • What can I use to make a backup which will span over multiple DVDs and be able to restore my system completly?
  • Is it possible I can backup my system without the drivers so that I can later restore the backup on other computer and it would be like installing without except with the applications and files I already have?

I hope I'm clear enough,
Thank you. :tazz:

Could always buy another hard drive and ghost an image to that.

Then when you need it, hook it up and ghost it back.
