Upgrading Windows

Hey, I am running Windows 2000 Advanced Server and I am wanting to upgrade to windows XP. When I put in the windows xp disc and click upgrade, it brings up a message saying that windows XP does not support upgrading from NT or something like that. If anyone has any solutions for that, it would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

It can be. Just involves wiping the disk first. Which the OP probably won't want to do. Understandably.
