Sempron 2800 causing problems need help

I have a barebones kit the motherboard is a foxconn k7s741gxmg-6l and the processor is a amd sempron 2800+, I get one long beep on powerup no video. So, I disconneted ide cables, took out the memory and still one long continious beep no display. Need help.

It says one long beep indicates memory problem. Check out he guide. It may have the answer you are looking for.
